Welcome to Clockback. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of our products through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Clockback is a small-batch, handmade cosmeceutical brand based in the United Kingdom. Registered Address: 61 May Road, Gillingham Kent, ME7 5UY.
2. The Contract
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. The contract between us is only formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order (e.g., due to stock unavailability or payment issues).
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are as stated on the website. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We accept Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. For international orders delivered outside the UK, you (the buyer) are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local customs fees.
4. Handmade Nature of Products
Clockback's products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. You acknowledge that slight variations in colour, scent, or texture may occur between batches. These variations are a hallmark of artisanal production and do not constitute a defect.
5. Cancellations and Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Due to health and hygiene protection, we cannot accept returns for any products where the security seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened/tampered with. To return a sealed/unopened item, email us at [email protected]. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will refund the product price and the original basic shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original, sealed condition.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please notify us within 30 days with photographic evidence. We will provide a full refund or a replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.
7. Usage and Safety Disclaimer
Our products are high-performance cosmeceuticals intended for topical cosmetic use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. We strongly recommend a patch test 24 hours before full use. Clockback is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from known or unknown allergies or sensitivities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Clockback shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
